HTTP status codes used by the EclypseREST communication interface.

`OK`	The request has succeeded.
`CREATED`	The request has been fulfilled and a new resource has been created.
`NO_CONTENT`	The request has succeeded and there is no content to return.
`BAD_REQUEST`	The request could not be understood by the server.
`UNAUTHORIZED`	The request requires valid authentication credentials.
`FORBIDDEN`	The server understood the request but refuses to authorise it.
`NOT_FOUND`	The requested resource could not be found.
`METHOD_NOT_ALLOWED`	The request method is not allowed for the target resource.
`CONFLICT`	The request conflicts with the current state of the resource.
`INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR`	The server encountered an unexpected condition.
`NOT_IMPLEMENTED`	The server does not support the functionality required to fulfil the request.
`SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE`	The server is temporarily unable to handle the request.
`GATEWAY_TIMEOUT`	The server did not receive a timely response from an upstream server.

CREATED = 201#: The request has been fulfilled and a new resource has been created.
